About the role

As a BAYADA Pediatrics Nurse (LPN or LVN), you’ll provide private-duty, in-home nursing care for school-aged pediatric clients (3 years and older) throughout Erie County for the 2026/2027 school year. Enjoy the autonomy of using your clinical expertise while being part of a supportive team. Full-time and part-time positions are available.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care to pediatric clients (birth through 18) with a variety of diagnoses
• Work at the top of your scope, including complex care such as trach and vent management
• Provide family education
• Perform clinical assessments
• Administer medication, treatment, and therapy according to the care plan

Requirements

• Active and current LPN or LVN license
• Previous home health care experience welcomed but not required (training provided)
• No prior pediatric experience needed (training provided)
• Ability to travel to assigned cases
• Calm and reassuring presence with strong assessment, active listening, and communication skills
