About the role
1/1 Overnight Caregiver Empowerment with Gentle Personable Care. This member is looking to add, along with assistance from Community Horizons, a passionate and dependable staff, to be apart of their team, in Melrose, WI. This member works hard at his office from home, and enjoys time with his dog and family. Member would like help with tube feeding, trach suction, Ventilator, Hoyer Lift for transfers, and a digital bowel program. If you are unfamiliar with any of this, need not worry. Full paid training is provided. If you enjoy quiet 1/1 time while also providing comfort and oversight, look no further.
Responsibilities
- Transfers with a Hoyer Lift
- Assist with tube feeding and regular eating/drinking
- Trach suction & Ventilator assist for respiratory care
- Helping with digital stimulating bowel system program
- Companionship
Requirements
- Enjoys a dog‑friendly home
- Compassionate and gentle
- Reliable
- Enjoys quiet 1/1 time
- Adaptive equipment experience (training provided if none)
Pay
From $16.32 up to $27.88 per hour
Schedule
Every other Thursday‑Sunday 3rd shift, as well as PRN (as needed): Thursdays 6 p.m.–7 a.m., Fridays and Saturdays 7 p.m.–7 a.m., Sundays 7 p.m.–6 a.m.
