1:1 Nurse (LPN)

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for Nurses who have a passion for home care. Private-duty nursing offers traditional shift types (4’s, 8’s, or 10’s), hands-on care with one client, the opportunity to build client relationships, and pediatric opportunities (21 years old and younger).

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one private-duty nursing care to clients in their homes
• Build relationships with clients and observe their milestones
• Work flexible schedules based on availability, with short commute times (30 minutes or less)

Schedule

• Morning or overnight shifts
• 8- or 10-hour shifts (full shift work)
• PRN, part-time, or full-time opportunities
• No weekend or minimum hour requirements
• Flexible scheduling based on availability

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
• Current nursing license in good standing in the state of PA
• MAR-WPA certification
