Our Raleigh Skilled Nursing Office is interested in a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who has a passion for care to join our team. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability.
About the role
During your paid training and orientation, you can expect to learn valuable hands-on skills in our simulation lab and in-home meet and greets with our clients before working independently. Receive 24/7 on-call support while working for your clinical and administrative questions. Enjoy an incredible culture and team environment, while having the independence of a home care nurse!

Responsibilities
- Travel to one client near you
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
- Feel empowered to perform skills with autonomy both in the client's home and at school
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state
Preferred: One year of experience working as a nurse (LPN or RN)
Pay
Pay up to $32/hour based on qualifications and availability. Opportunities for higher pay dependent on client availability.
