About the role
Provide personalized home healthcare as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for patients of all ages and diagnoses.
Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one care and ensure patient well-being
- Utilize electronic charting systems for documentation
- Receive paid training and participate in simulations
- Access 24/7 clinical support to build competence
- Maintain compliance with state and local mandates
- Deliver flexible, patient-centered care with various shift options (days, evenings, overnights)
- Maintain professionalism and adherence to safety and quality standards
- Engage in ongoing training and utilize electronic documentation tools
- Support clients in their preferred settings, ensuring comfort and safety
Requirements
- Valid U.S. nursing license
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
