About the role
BAYADA Home Health Care delivers one-on-one care in the home—the place clients most want to be. We care for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, offering extensive paid training to ensure our LPNs feel comfortable and competent before their first shift.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes
- Work with clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels
- Utilize electronic charting (Statewise)

Training & Support
- Paid training from day one (in-office, in-home, and online)

- 24/7 on-call clinical support
Schedule
- Dayshift, evening, or overnight
- 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts (full shift work)
- PRN, Part-Time, or Full-Time
- No weekend or minimum shift requirements
Requirements
- Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program
- MAR-WPA certification
