Pay

Starting at $55-$58/hr, rates may vary based on client acuity and type of shift.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (RN preferred)
• Current New Jersey RN license
• Experience in home health care or related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passionate about providing high-quality care at home

Schedule

• 1st shift
• 2nd shift
• 3rd shift

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes
• Use electronic charting system for documentation
• Participate in ongoing training and shadowing programs
• Communicate regularly with clients and families
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Assist with daily living activities as needed
• Respond to emergencies as required
• Keep up-to-date with relevant healthcare regulations and standards
