Responsibilities
- Implement a school counseling program aligned to the ASCA National Model.
- Absorb and abide by ASCA Ethical Standards and Professional Standards and Competencies.
- Conduct regular reviews of school and student data to inform student outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all services provided to students.
- Evaluate and share the results of the school counseling program's impact and effectiveness.
- Spend 80% or more of their time providing direct student services and indirect student services.
- Develop and implement Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 school counseling interventions.
- Collaborate with key shareholders to support a comprehensive school counseling program and student success.
- Utilize technology and other virtual tools to support efficient and effective program delivery and communication.
- Pursue and participate in professional learning to stay current with evidence-based practices in the field.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in School Counseling or closely related field.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a School Counselor in Oregon.
- Experience working with students in a K-12 setting.
- Knowledge of the ASCA National Model and ASCA Ethical Standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using technology for counseling services.

Benefits

Pay
Salary range: $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
