About the role

As a Store Manager, you will lead a team-oriented and dynamic environment, driving results and developing team associates. Your role is pivotal in shaping the customer experience, ensuring every customer leaves with an unforgettable experience and custom-fit solutions for their hair and beauty needs.

You will oversee all store operations, including meeting or exceeding sales goals, maintaining budgets, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory. Ensuring compliance with safety, security, and company policies is key, as is maintaining the store’s visual appeal.

Responsibilities

• Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer receives a great experience.
• Oversee store operations to meet or exceed sales goals while maintaining assigned budgets.
• Control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory effectively.
• Protect customers, associates, and store assets by enforcing safety, security, and company policies.
• Maintain store appearance and visual standards.
• Develop and educate store personnel and customers to enhance success.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience.
• 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
• Self-starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn and develop.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for hair and beauty.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• Long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, and reaching.
• Recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes.
• Exposure to moving parts, carts, or machines, and occasional exposure to irritant chemicals or fumes.
