About the role

As a Store Manager, you will lead a team-oriented and dynamic environment, driving results and developing team associates. Your role is pivotal in shaping the customer experience, ensuring every customer receives an unforgettable, custom-fit solution for their hair and beauty needs. You will oversee all store operations, including sales, budget, expenses, and inventory, while maintaining a safe and visually appealing store environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer has a great experience.
• Oversee store operations to meet or exceed sales goals while maintaining the assigned budget.
• Control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and company policies to protect customers, associates, and store assets.
• Maintain store appearance and presentation.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience.
• 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
• Self-starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn, develop, and educate store personnel and customers.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for hair and beauty.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• Physical exertion including long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items.
• Willingness to work around moving parts, carts, or machines, and occasional exposure to fumes, odors, or irritant chemicals.

Pay

$20–$25 per hour, depending on experience.
