About the role

As a Store Manager, you will lead a team-oriented and dynamic environment, driving results and developing associates. Your role is pivotal in shaping the customer experience, ensuring every visitor receives an unforgettable, custom-fit solution for their hair and beauty needs. You will oversee all store operations, including sales goals, budget management, expense control, inventory, and store appearance. Additionally, you will uphold safety, security, and company policies while fostering a fun and creative workplace.

Responsibilities

• Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer receives a great experience.
• Oversee store operations to meet or exceed sales goals while maintaining budget and controlling expenses.
• Grow sales and manage inventory effectively.
• Protect customers, associates, and store assets by enforcing safety, security, and company policies.
• Maintain store appearance to reflect brand standards.
• Develop and educate store personnel and customers to enhance success.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience.
• 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Self-starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn and develop.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for hair and beauty.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• Comfortable with physical exertion, including long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, and reaching.
• Willingness to work around moving parts, carts, or machines, and occasional exposure to fumes, odors, or irritant chemicals.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
