About the role
Cosmo Prof is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. This role supports the Store Manager in managing and developing a team of associates, ensuring optimal customer experiences, and maintaining brand standards.
Responsibilities
Brands: Supervise and plan daily goals and activities to maximize sales and customer loyalty. Ensure all brand standards are met.
People: Engage, train, and develop teams to achieve positive results. Manage payroll and schedules, maintain positive relations with associates.
Operations: Execute company processes, manage inventory, ensure compliance with policies and procedures, and protect company assets.
Safety/Loss Prevention: Ensure a safe store environment, enforce policies, analyze reports, and comply with HAZMAT training.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
At least 18 years old
Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience
At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience
Ability to lead or support a team of associates
