About the role

As a Store Manager at CosmoProf, you will manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer receives an unforgettable experience with custom-fit solutions for their hair and beauty needs. You will oversee all store operations, including meeting or exceeding sales goals, maintaining budgets, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory. Your role includes ensuring safety and security compliance, maintaining store appearance, and driving team development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals and financial targets.
• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management and expense control.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure it reflects brand standards.
• Enforce safety, security, and company policies for customers and associates.
• Develop and educate store personnel and customers to enhance success.
• Manage performance and operational aspects of the store.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience.
• 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Self-starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn and develop.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for hair and beauty.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• Comfortable with physical exertion, including standing for long periods, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, and reaching.
• Willingness to work around moving parts, carts, or machines, and occasional exposure to fumes, odors, or irritant chemicals.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
