About the role
Cosmo Prof is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. This role supports the Store Manager in managing all store operations, ensuring optimal customer experiences, and maintaining brand standards.
Responsibilities
Brands: Supervise and plan associate goals to maximize sales and customer loyalty. Ensure all brand standards are met.
People: Engage, train, and develop teams to achieve business objectives. Manage team performance and maintain positive relationships.
Operations: Execute company processes, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Safety/Loss Prevention: Maintain a safe store environment and protect company assets.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Age 18 or older
Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience
Minimum 1+ year(s) prior management experience
Ability to lead or support a team
Effective communication skills
Scheduling availability to meet business needs
Qualifications
Cosmetology license desirable, but not required
