About the role

As a Store Manager, you will manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer receives an unforgettable experience and a custom-fit solution for their hair and beauty needs. You will oversee all store operations, including meeting or exceeding sales goals, maintaining budgets, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory. You will protect customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring compliance with safety and security rules, Company policies, and maintaining store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team-oriented environment to drive results and associate growth.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and a personalized experience for every customer.
• Oversee store operations, including sales performance, budget adherence, expense control, and inventory management.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure compliance with safety, security, and Company policies.
• Act as an innovator, role model, and coach for your team.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for hair and beauty.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• Long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, and reaching.
• Recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes.
• Exposure to moving parts, carts, or machines, and occasional exposure to fumes, odors, or irritant chemicals.
