About the role

As a Store Manager, you will manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer receives an unforgettable experience with custom-fit solutions for their hair and beauty needs. You will oversee all store operations, including meeting or exceeding sales goals, maintaining budgets, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory. You will also ensure compliance with safety and security rules, Company policies, and maintain the store’s appearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team-oriented environment to drive results and associate growth.
• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring sales goals and financial targets are met or exceeded.
• Manage inventory, control expenses, and maintain budget compliance.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and a personalized experience for every customer.
• Maintain store appearance, safety, and security standards.
• Protect customers, associates, and store assets by enforcing policies and procedures.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience.
• 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for hair and beauty.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• Long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, and reaching.
• Recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes.
• Exposure to moving parts, carts, or machines, and occasional exposure to fumes, odors, or irritant chemicals.
