About the role

As a Store Manager, you will manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer receives an unforgettable experience and a custom-fit solution for their hair and beauty needs. You will oversee all store operations with an emphasis on maintaining the assigned budget, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory. You will protect customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring all staff follow safety and security rules, procedures, and company policies, and you will ensure the store always looks its best.

Responsibilities

• Manage talent, inspire the team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals
• Oversee all store operations including budget management, expense control, sales growth, and inventory management
• Enforce safety, security, and company policy compliance among all staff
• Maintain store appearance and visual standards

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience
• At least 1 year of previous sales management experience
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Passion for hair and beauty

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation
• May be exposed to fumes and odors on occasion
• Long periods of standing and walking
• Recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities
• Recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes
• Working around moving parts, carts, or machines
• Occasional exposure to irritant chemicals
