About the role

As a Store Manager, you will manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer receives an unforgettable experience and a custom-fit solution for their hair and beauty needs. You will oversee all store operations, focusing on maintaining the assigned budget, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory to meet or exceed sales goals. You will protect customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring compliance with safety and security rules, Company policies, and maintaining store appearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team-oriented environment to drive results and associate growth.
• Oversee daily store operations, including financial and performance management.
• Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals while controlling expenses and managing inventory.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure compliance with safety, security, and Company policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a personalized experience for each customer.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for hair and beauty.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• Long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, and reaching.
• Recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes.
• Exposure to moving parts, carts, or machines, and occasional exposure to irritant chemicals or fumes.
