About the role

The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in managing all aspects of the store, including brand, people, and operations. They also take full responsibility when the Store Manager is not present.

Responsibilities

• Brand: Supervise and plan associates' daily activities to ensure exceptional customer experiences and brand standards are met.

• People: Engage, train, and develop teams to achieve business objectives, manage team dynamics, and maintain positive relationships.

• Operations: Ensure compliance with company processes, manage inventory, schedule staff, and adhere to safety protocols.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• At least 18 years of age

• Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred

• At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred

• Ability to lead or support a team of associates

• Effective communication skills

• Scheduling availability to meet business needs

• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required
