About the role

As a Production Manufacturing Associate at Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, you will complete assigned manufacturing activities in our plastics production area safely while meeting quality standards and working independently. This on-site position is part of the Plastics department in Indianapolis and reports to the supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Assembling products or components
• Operating basic machinery under supervision
• Loading and unloading materials
• Packaging finished products, labeling, and preparing items for shipment

Requirements

• High school degree (or equivalent) with a minimum of 2 years’ experience
• Sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to use a computer to complete work

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in continuous improvement with participation on a kaizen project team
• Demonstrated success carrying out leading day-to-day activities and organizational agility
