About The Role We are looking for a licensed Arizona Attorney to join our team and provide high-quality legal support. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented legal professional who can independently manage legal matters, communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, and maintain a high standard of accuracy and professionalism in a fully remote environment. This position is ideal for an attorney who is comfortable working with U.S. legal procedures, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, managing deadlines, and taking ownership of assigned cases. Key Responsibilities Manage assigned legal matters from intake through resolution, depending on the firm's practice area and needsConduct legal research and analyze statutes, regulations, case law, and other relevant legal authoritiesDraft, review, and revise legal documents, pleadings, motions, correspondence, agreements, and other filingsPrepare cases and supporting documentation for hearings, negotiations, litigation, or other legal proceedingsCommunicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, courts, government agencies, and other relevant partiesReview case files and identify relevant facts, legal issues, risks, and next stepsMaintain accurate and organized case records and documentationMonitor case deadlines, court dates, filing requirements, and other critical milestonesProvide clients with clear explanations regarding their legal matters and available optionsCollaborate with paralegals, case managers, and other members of the legal teamEnsure all work complies with applicable Arizona and U.S. laws, court rules, ethical requirements, and firm proceduresManage multiple priorities while consistently meeting deadlines and quality expectationsUse legal technology and case management systems to document, track, and manage work efficiently Requirements Active license to practice law in the State of ArizonaJuris Doctor (J.D.) or equivalent law degree from an accredited law schoolDemonstrated experience practicing law in the United StatesStrong understanding of Arizona laws, court procedures, and applicable legal rulesStrong legal research, writing, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishStrong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate legal workAbility to independently manage cases, deadlines, and competing prioritiesStrong client-service and interpersonal skillsComfortable working independently in a fully remote environmentProficiency with standard legal technology, document management systems, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace Preferred Qualifications Experience working for a U.S. law firmExperience in a client-facing legal roleExperience with legal case management software such as Clio, MyCase, PracticePanther, or similar platformsLitigation, hearings, negotiations, or courtroom experienceExperience managing a significant caseload with limited supervisionStrong familiarity with Arizona courts and legal proceduresBilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus Benefits Fully remote positionOpportunity to work directly with a U.S.-based law firmLong-term professional growth opportunityCollaborative and professional remote work environmentWork that provides meaningful exposure to U.S. legal practice
