About the role

As a Store Manager, you will manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer receives an unforgettable experience and a custom-fit solution for their hair and beauty needs. You will oversee all store operations, including meeting or exceeding sales goals, maintaining budgets, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory. You will protect customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring compliance with safety and security rules, procedures, and Company policies. Additionally, you will maintain the store's appearance to high standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team-oriented, dynamic store environment.
• Drive customer experience by ensuring exceptional service and tailored solutions for hair and beauty needs.
• Oversee store operations, including sales goals, budget management, expense control, and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and Company policies to protect customers, associates, and store assets.
• Maintain store appearance and presentation.
• Act as an innovator, role model, and coach to develop team associates and drive results.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience.
• 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for hair and beauty.

Working Conditions

This role requires physical exertion, including:

• Long periods of standing and walking.
• Recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, and reaching.
• Lifting moderately heavy items (up to 25 lbs), occasionally while on a ladder.
• Exposure to fumes, odors, moving parts, carts, or machines.
• Occasional exposure to irritant chemicals.
