About the role
You will be responsible for assisting the store manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the store, including but not limited to:
- Overseeing inventory levels and ensuring accurate stock counts
- Managing employee schedules and performance evaluations
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints
- Assisting with store promotions and events

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of retail management experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
