About the role

You will be responsible for assisting the store manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the store, including but not limited to:

• Overseeing inventory levels and ensuring accurate stock counts
• Managing employee schedules and performance evaluations
• Handling customer inquiries and complaints
• Assisting with store promotions and events

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• At least 2 years of retail management experience

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
