About the role

As a Store Manager at Sally Beauty, you will lead a team-oriented and dynamic environment, driving results and the development of your team members. Your role includes managing talent, inspiring your team, and ensuring every customer receives an unforgettable experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations to meet or exceed sales goals
• Oversee all store activities, including controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory
• Ensure safety and security protocols are followed by all staff
• Maintain a clean and attractive store appearance

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management
• Cosmetology license (optional)
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Passion for hair and beauty

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder
• Exposure to fumes and odors may occur
• Some physical exertion required, including standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities
• Lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes may be required
• May be exposed to irritant chemicals
