0026 - Receiving Associate

As a Receiving Associate, you’ll play a key role in ensuring products are received accurately, organized efficiently, and ready to move through the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Label, organize, and store products so everything is easy to find and ready to go.
• Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE), such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move inventory safely and efficiently.
• Use scanners and basic computer systems to track inventory and shipments.
• Build boxes and select appropriate packaging based on product size and weight.
• Work toward daily productivity and quality goals while maintaining accuracy.
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safety-focused.
• Follow all safety policies and OSHA guidelines—your safety matters to us.

Requirements

• Prior Material Handling Equipment (MHE) experience.
• Detail-oriented and takes pride in doing things right the first time.
• Communicates well and works effectively as part of a team.
• Reliable, safety-minded, and ready to jump in where needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer and scanner skills.
• Ability to work assigned shifts consistently.
• Prior warehouse or receiving experience preferred.

Skills
