Welcome to our team! As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Oversee store operations, including inventory management and stock control.
- Manage and motivate a team of store associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and customer loyalty.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of retail management experience.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong knowledge of store operations and customer service best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
