Welcome to our team! As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations, including inventory management and stock control.
• Manage and motivate a team of store associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and customer loyalty.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of retail management experience.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong knowledge of store operations and customer service best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Pay
