Responsibilities

• Maintain CLIA licensure.
• Provider Outreach & Education on lab testing capabilities and processes.
• Evaluate ROI on potential future tests to add to lab compendium.
• Serve as a key resource for provider education, workflow coordination, equipment oversight, and communication of test results.
• Promote a safe, efficient, and high-quality laboratory environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, chemistry, or a related field.
• Valid MLT (Medical Lab Technician) license.
• Proven experience working as a lab technician.
• Working experience operating electrical and non-electrical laboratory equipment.
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and database systems.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Understanding of electronic and computerized equipment in laboratories.
• Able to follow instructions and strictly follow procedures.
• Superb dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Strong critical thinking skills.
